I build production systems across web, mobile, and infrastructure — then document what went wrong and why.
Built Mailcow/Nextcloud serving a 22-person team, replacing recurring SaaS spend
Docsee’s async Rust core — every Docker operation under 50ms
~20 million emails across 12 domains and 6 VPS, plus a mesh VPN — all self-hosted
I built my first game at 9. A 3D car racing game with enemy AI and mountain terrain. I didn’t know what “programming” was — I just wanted to make things.
Sixteen-plus years later, I’m still building. But now the stakes are higher — ~20 million emails flowing through infrastructure I designed across 6 VPS, 9 platforms running from a single codebase, 116 containers on one laptop.
I think of my laptop as my sword. Every system I architect, every tool I build, every line of code I write — it’s how I fight my battles.

From The First Thing I Built Was a Game (2009) to Independent. Building. Open to Remote Roles. (2026) — every step shaped how I build today.
I was nine. Borrowed a copy of 3D RAD from a friend and built a car racing game from scratch — three difficulty levels, custom terrain, a track editor. Nobody told me programming was supposed to be hard.

Ran my uncle's 33-machine cyber café through my early teens — installs, network, Counter-Strike servers, billing. Built my first public website in Webflow at 14 and designed the X mark I still use.

Won Gold at the International Informatics Olympiad — self-studied from pocket money, no coaching. Same year I designed my own keyboard layout, X-Type, from a corpus of my own writing. Packaged it into an Android keyboard app and switched to it cold the next year. Currently at 213 WPM.

The class-10 stream choice — chose science/maths over arts so I could go down the engineering path to game development. Same year I lost my grandfather and started reading philosophy on my own to figure out what I actually thought.

Recruited and personally taught a 7-person team across video editing, backend, ML, and marketing. Realised the team was scaling ahead of revenue and wound it down cleanly. Spent the rest of the year on Unity AI agents and DocSee — a Docker management tool in Rust.

Built three production-grade solo products alongside the Prachyam role: Hotel Elegent (hotel management system with 111/111 end-to-end tests), Karmpath (a publishing platform with Lighthouse 100/100/100 on accessibility, best-practices, and SEO), and HeyBeautiful (a SaaS shipped in 41 days).

Primary technical hire at Prachyam Studios from August 2025 to February 2026. Stabilised a broken live OTT platform built by 18+ developers, won the case for a ground-up rewrite, and built it solo — a 9-platform Nx monorepo for web, iOS, Android, four TV OSes, a Tauri admin, and a docs site. Also owned the self-hosted infrastructure: ~20 million emails through Mailcow across 12 domains, Nextcloud for the 22-person team, a 3-node Tailscale mesh, and local AI inference on office GPUs.

Closed the Prachyam chapter cleanly in February 2026 when the company's direction shifted. Spent the months since on this portfolio, on my local AI stack, and on writing publicly about the work. Open to senior remote engineering roles — full-time preferred, contract considered.
